"They came into it?"
It seems that you can never outgrow being questioned by your parents about your fashion choice even years later you have moved out. We've all had our parents to announce that "Back in the Day", which most people do not go without at least a button-up shirt, sometimes a Tie, if not as a mantle well. A T-shirt was long considered underwear, and walk through the city in just a T-shirt was the modern equivalent to wander around a public Place in only a couple of boxes.
He was not really far from the mark. Americans were the first time with T-shirts, while they were fighting in Europe during the two World Wars. Military men preferred the cotton crew neck T-shirts on the underwear of wool this standard were subject to time.
Soon after, however, was T-shirts as a symbol of rebellion.
